Ted & Lydia Blanton ~ Living the dream!
When they aren't working on a project, Ted and Lydia enjoy traveling, taking long walks and looking for their next job to tackle together.
Entreprenurial's at heart, they appreciate the creativity & resourcefulness in each other.
Ted began working in the electrical field in 1991, incorporating National Code Construction Company, in 2014.
He holds a license with the State of North Carolina and has a great working knowledge of all phases of construction.
While he takes care of the day-to-day field operations; constructing, training & supervising sub-contractors, his wife manages the office.
Lydia's background included 15 years of full-time construction management, from 2000 - 2015.
Late summer of 2015, she took her business skills in a different direction, and opened a full-time travel agency, after being self-taught on the industry. The store front has experienced great success with a bustling business in Rockwell, NC, and she is very thankful to be blessed with a great clientele of happy travelers, and a wonderful staff of in-office agents & outside agents.
Owning two small businesses in Rowan County, the couple has learned to manage them well, and is always eager to find new and exciting ways to help the community, create employment and engage in training opportunities.
They realized early in their relationship, that they both shared dreams of owning rental properties, which led them to purchase fixer upper homes that they rehab and rent out to qualified, low-income HCV recipients on the Section-8 program. They are on a mission to build 60+ new homes in a multi-family housing development to help fill the need of the current housing shortage crisis, for the community's most vulnerable citizens.

Amanda Stanley, Bookkeeper & Purchasing Mgr.
Recently married to the love of her life, Amanda has mastered work/life balance, while raising two beautiful daughters, Ava & Alana.
Teenagers now, she loves cheering them on in team sports and repurposing furniture with her husband, Graham. Crunching numbers and researching great values for lighting & materials is her specialty, but she is best known for being patient and having excellent organizational skills.
Suzi Barnes, Accounts Receivable & Payable
With a previous background of 20+ years in medical office management, Suzi loves Nashville and has a knack for numbers and efficiency.
When she's not working on spreadsheets or crafting amazing trips for travel clients, she enjoys spending time with her new grandson, Sawyer, taking trips around the world and listening to live music with her husband.
